Today we discussed our values. We had to dig deep and think hard about what really counts. I chose the Friends as something I value because they don't make me feel lonely. We created our value in clay so we could think about our values more and what they mean to us personally.

Why do we need to sleep early by ELI

Why do we need to go to sleep early?
We sleep early to achieve our work in the morning without being distracted .
if you sleep late you usually mean but they are causally sleeping during the class.

How much sleep do you need?
Children need to have 10 to 11 hours of sleep each night .
 Adults can have 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night.

Children can sleep late during the holidays but not the school night’s


This keeps you  energetic,more focused,non daydreaming

In Saint Patrick school Panmure  Auckland.l All students are going to sleep at 8:00 to get 12 hours of sleep.
